The victim in Saturday's fatal crash in Paint Township has been identified, state police said.
According to a press release, Aubrey Horner, 37, was riding in the backseat of the convertible traveling south on Horn Road just before 10 a.m.
State police said the driver lost control of the vehicle and hit an embankment.
The press release states that Horner and a front seat passenger were not wearing their seat belts and were ejected from the vehicle.
According to state police, the driver and the other passenger were transported to Conemaugh Hospital with suspected serious injuries.

Emergency officials are currently on scene of a vehicle accident that occurred just before 10 a.m. on Horn Road in Paint Township.
Marty Washko, Scalp Level-Paint Volunteer Fire Department Captain, said a female was pronounced dead at the scene and two males were injured after their convertible hit a tree.
Officials said the driver was trapped inside the vehicle and that the passengers were ejected.
Emergency officials said Windber and Scalp-Level Paint fire departments as well as Pennsylvania State Police responded.
Officials also said that Horn Road remains closed at this time.
