STATE COLLEGE – School leaders from across Pennsylvania gathered in State College Tuesday to discuss the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association playoff system and whether the current rules are fair for all schools. Police investigating apparent accidental shooting of boy, 4, in Rostraver Township

Rostraver Township, Pennsylvania — Authorities say a 4-year-old boy in Rostraver Township was airlifted to the hospital on Thursday after suffering a gunshot wound to the head.
